I have been involved in residential and relocation sales for over 45 years as well as setting up subdivisions and devising promotional programs for new homes. My specialties include residential, commercial, industrial, relocation, and investment properties.
Commercial enterprises: I have a system that will show the Seller and the Buyer a proper evaluation and value for that business.
Industrial: Values can depend on many factors. I have knowledge of those factors and can provide you with a fact based valuation for your project.
Financing: Home ownership is the basis of most wealth accumulation and one of the goals of the majority of the population. I have devised financing systems that will allow Buyers who do not qualify for traditional financing to be able to own their own home with no down payment or borderline credit.
How I Got Started in Investing
My father died and I had a small amount of money to take care of my mother. I had lost a substantial amount of money to investments in financial services. I needed a safe, predictable, stable, simple, and consistent investment to generate the capital required to look after my mother.
I understood real estate and created this investment. It has generated a consistent predictable low risk average 27.5% per year return for more than eleven years now. I eventually shared it with some investors and since decided to expand the program. The second program is one I have utilized for others over the last approximately 45 years. Those who followed it retired as multi-millionaires. I can do the same for you.
